Nevada
Hello again! I just wanted to let you all know that I'm really enjoying my new home! They decided to rename me "Nevada" in honor of "Sierra," their dog who passed away. I really like it here! There are kids who play with me, and I've even learned that if I sit next to the little guy in the highchair, he'll give me treats when he thinks no one else is looking. Don't tell Mom and Dad that though! Mom and Dad are impressed with my ability to sneak up onto their bed in the middle of the night without waking them up. It's usually a surprise for them to find me curled up there in the morning, instead of in my own bed. I'm behaving very well, so I'm told. I already knew how to sit and shake a paw, but have learned to lay down when told (most of the time anyway). They're still working on my walking habits as I like to go really fast and take whoever's holding the other end of the leash into the snow bank with me. Anyway, I just wanted to thank you for caring for me until I found my new family. They're very happy to have found me as I am of them!
