The 8th Annual St. Urho's Day Mojakka Cook-Off - Sunday, March 14, 2010 from 1-4 pm at the historic NorthEastern Saloon & Grille on Dunlap Island in Cloquet, MN.  Taste 10-15 Finnish Mojakka Soups (beef, chicken, fish, wild game or vegetable).  Bread and coffee provided!  $6.00 donation at the door.   Entry forms for the soup contest may be picked up at the NorthEastern Saloon & Grille [(218) 879-9968 or (218) 393-0657] or at Friends of Animals (218) 879-1655.  There is no fee to enter the contest and awards will be presented at 3:30pm.

Pet Loss Support Group- Meets the SECOND Thursday of each month from 6:30 - 8:00pm. If you are mourning the loss of a beloved pet, this group is for you. We meets at FOA Humane Society. Please call Diane Parkhurst with any questions at 218-879-1655.
