Mission

The purpose of this corporation shall be to promote the
prevention of cruelty to animals, the relief of suffering among animals, education relating to humane treatment of animals, and the enforcement of existing animals protection laws.

Our goals...

It is the policy of this corporation to provide humane care and
treatment to the extent possible for all animals needing
protection in the areas surrounding Cloquet; to seek return of
lost animals to their owners; to seek suitable homes for animals
without owners; and to provide euthanasia when necessary.

1) To care for and place stray animals.
2) To spay & neuter all FOA animals before placing them
     in a loving home.
3) To assist, when feasible, the placement of privately
     owned animals when owners can no longer or will no
     longer care for them.
