The following is a list of the requirements that must be met in order to become a volunteer of FOA Humane Society.

Desire to support animal care and uphold animal protection issues

Must be 16 years of age.  NO EXCEPTIONS

Strong Customer Service Skills when dealing with shelter guests

Minimum Requirement of two to four hours a week suggested

Assessment of animal care needs & adoption options

We strongly encourage all volunteers to be current on their tetanus vaccine & be covered under health insurance of some type.

Events Coordinator

Kennel Assistant - We are very much in need of AM animal care help.  URGENT

Times needed are: ( includes weekends )

AM's - 8am -11am

Midday ( 12-4 )

PM's - 4pm - 7pm

Media Relations Coordinator 

Dog Walkers 

Groomer's

Cat Socializers

 Greeters/Matchmakers
